The Outside Sales Rep will execute and deliver upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the Outside Sales role. This includes prospecting, planning, prioritizing, territory management, sales, developing leads and opportunities, as well as using the Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools. The role involves creating and implementing a sales plan to increase market share in a particular territory, developing strong relationships with strategic customers to maintain and grow sales and margin, and developing new customers through prospecting and lead follow-up. The representative will also introduce new materials to customers, educate them on their use and applications, and sell value-added services and solutions.
