About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life, health, and fixed index annuity products. The company welcomes experienced insurance agents but does not require prior experience, and it often trains people transitioning from other industries. The role includes free leads, in-house appointment setters, extensive training, and ongoing real-time support. Agents set and manage their own hours and meet clients in person; this is not a fully remote role. This is a 100% commission 1099 position with no base salary, with a pathway to W-2 employment. The company describes its agent partnership as offering free leads, company-paid office space, advanced commissions, bonus and incentive trips, and weekly pay. With production, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, and equity ownership are offered.
Requirements
- Must be teachable.
- Must be self-motivated; this is a commission sales role.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health License.
- Must have reliable transportation to meet clients in person.
- Must be good with people.
