About The Position
WinChoice is a custom factory-direct manufacturer of replacement vinyl windows. Our proven sales system helps representatives close more than half of their appointments. We provide qualified, pre-screened leads so you can focus on what you do best—helping homeowners improve their homes. We are committed to continuous improvement, exceptional customer experience, and providing our sales TEAM with the tools and training needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to improve
- Ability to build rapport and connect with homeowners
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow a proven sales process
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within a 150-mile territory
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Basic technology skills (iPad, software, and training provided)
Responsibilities
- Meet face-to-face with potential customers at their homes within a 150-mile territory.
- Utilize a proven sales process to close appointments.
- Improve homeowner's homes by selling replacement vinyl windows.
