Outside Sales Rep Restaurants Uncapped Commission
About The Position
We are The SEALS, the go-to experts in refrigeration gasket installation and repair. Our mission is to help commercial kitchens stay ahead of costly health violations by delivering fast, professional, and long-lasting solutions. We serve restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, schools, and more across Connecticut. We are known for being on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is a high-energy, door-to-door role where your hustle directly impacts your income. We provide full training on our sales process and products. We are looking for a self-starter who wants control over their income and doesn’t want to sit behind a desk.
Requirements
- Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)
- Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people
- Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)
- Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens
- Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
Responsibilities
- Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services
- Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work
- Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency
- Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline
- Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle
