About The Position

Packer Norris Parts (PNP) in Essex, MD is hiring an Outside Sales/Parts Representative. This role is for a charismatic, confident, and passionate sales professional who will use their strong communication skills and Ford parts knowledge to build relationships, expand a defined territory, and drive new business. The position offers a competitive base plus commission with $100k earning potential. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be insurable by our carrier. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Clean driving record; must be insurable by company carrier
• Previous Ford parts sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and master the Kenworth product line

Responsibilities

• Generate parts sales to fleets, municipalities, repair facilities, and other customers
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and customer relationships
• Build long-term client relationships and expand territory business
• Manage time effectively while planning daily customer visits
• Participate in online and in-person training to continually enhance product and sales knowledge
