About The Position
Feazel Roofing is looking for an Outside Sales Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of driven sales professionals, while staying connected to the customer experience that made you a top performer in the first place.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Roofing sales experience (retail or insurance) strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and people at once
Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of high-performing sales reps
- Train and mentor new hires to top-producer status
- Generate leads through multiple prospecting channels
- Confirm customer understanding and provide additional education as needed
- Prepare accurate work outlines for homeowners
- Keep communication tight across your team to protect service quality
