Outside Sales Internship - Summer 2027
About The Position
Uline is hiring an Outside Sales Intern for a paid Summer 2027 internship in Burlington, Massachusetts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in face-to-face selling and work alongside sales professionals, including Account Managers, sales trainers, and department leaders. The position includes two weeks of professional sales training and ongoing development through weekly mentoring, team meetings, and customer visits. The internship offers $23.50 per hour and a phone and car allowance, with the potential to join Uline full-time upon graduation. All positions are on-site.
Requirements
- Be a college sophomore- or junior-status student.
- Demonstrate professional communication and presentation skills.
- Be hardworking and enthusiastic, with a team-player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver next-level customer service and support sales growth in accounts across all industries within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits, providing business solutions using Uline’s website and catalog of more than 43,000 products.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to learn from Account Managers, share ideas, and build sales skills.
