About The Position

Uline is hiring an Outside Sales Intern for Summer 2027 in Orlando, Florida. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, working alongside sales professionals in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Interns receive two weeks of professional sales training and ongoing support through weekly mentoring, team meetings, and customer visits. The position offers competitive summer pay, a phone and car allowance, and the potential to join Uline full-time upon graduation.

Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations and 17 sales offices. All positions are on-site. Uline is a drug-free workplace, and all new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

• Must be a college student with sophomore or junior status.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic, with a team-player attitude.
• Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and support sales growth in accounts across all industries within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits, providing business solutions using Uline’s website and catalog of more than 43,000 products.
• Participate in weekly sales team meetings to learn from Account Managers, share ideas, and build sales skills.
