About The Position
Uline is hiring an Outside Sales Intern for Summer 2027 in Irving, Texas. The intern will gain hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, working alongside sales professionals and supporting customer accounts across industries. The role includes two weeks of professional sales training, weekly mentoring and team meetings, and customer visits. Interns receive a phone and car allowance and competitive summer pay, with the potential to join Uline full-time after graduation.
Requirements
- Must be a college student with Sophomore or Junior status.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic, with a team-player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth in accounts across industries within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits, providing business solutions using Uline’s website and catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to learn from Account Managers, share ideas, and develop sales skills.
