Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
- Grow the business through sales and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Inspect customer homes to determine necessary services.
- Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
- Network and cold call to generate sales leads.
- Prospect via telephone and set appointments.
- Complete all sales-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
