About The Position

Massey Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Ormond Beach. This role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries, and welcoming new customers. Additionally, there is a high volume of outbound calls for customer satisfaction, appointment confirmation, and payment collection. The position may also involve daily reporting, updating customer information, accounts payable, human resource paperwork, and payroll processing. Massey Services is a large and respected service company with a long history of profitable growth, employing over 2,800 team members across multiple states.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Previous experience with customer service on the phone
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Time management talent and a sense of urgency
  • Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service
  • Welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments
