About The Position

Massey Services is hiring an Outside Sales Inspector in Boca to support continued growth and expansion in its sales market. The role involves inspecting customers’ homes to determine needed services, preparing and presenting proposals to existing and prospective customers, and generating sales leads. No pest-control industry experience is required; paid training is provided. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Candidates considered for hire must complete background checks.
• Ability to build trusting customer relationships, sell, control expenses, conduct inspections, present proposals, generate leads, prospect by telephone, set appointments, and complete sales paperwork.
