The Outside Sales Executive owns sales within their assigned territory through proactive prospecting, technical solution development, and consistent customer engagement. This role is accountable for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving opportunities from first touch through project completion. This is a hybrid sales + technical + project ownership role. Success requires a high level of autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value. Outside Sales Executives are expected to operate in the field daily, maintain disciplined pipeline management, and take full ownership of their territory performance. Due to the nature of Prestige’s business, this role requires a willingness to operate both strategically and tactically, balancing relationship-building, engineering-based solution development, and internal coordination to bring projects to life.
