About The Position

We are the premier small-to-medium-sized business management consulting firm in North America. For over four decades, we have partnered directly with privately held business owners to maximize profits, streamline operations, and implement strategic tax and operational enhancements. Due to explosive market growth, we are adding Outside Sales Executives to manage local and regional territories. As a Field Representative, you will meet face-to-face with presidents, CEOs, and business owners. Using our proprietary diagnostic evaluation systems, you will identify opportunities for improvement and introduce our consulting solutions. No Cold Calling: Our inside sales team schedules high-quality, pre-set appointments directly into your calendar. High Closing Ratios: Focus on presenting to decision-makers and closing business.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory Monday through Friday
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Self-motivated, professional, and coachable
• Reliable vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and professional appearance
• Resilience, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and thick skin

Nice To Haves

• No sales experience necessary. We provide industry-leading training and development.
• Approximately 50% travel required, including time away from home
