Requirements

• Trade, home services, or customer-facing sales background
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Strong communication skills (with customers and teammates)
• Composure under pressure
• Valid driver's license, clean record
• HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Chimney experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Conduct chimney and fireplace inspections
• Walk homeowners through findings
• Prepare accurate estimates and close the work
• Service pellet, wood, and gas hearth appliances
• Communicate proactively with Ops and office staff on every job
• Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment in working order
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
