About The Position

This role involves managing customer interactions via phone, fax, and email, providing solutions using core products, generating quotes, specifying and applying products, and executing work internally to meet customer needs. The position requires coordinating internal resources for larger projects, aligning sales efforts with business unit goals, and supporting sales personnel for corporate initiatives. Adherence to JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards is essential. The role also involves working closely with and supporting JHC product principals, actively participating in required and preferred training, supporting colleagues, and participating in a weekend on-call rotation. Building strong relationships, promoting a team atmosphere, and remaining aware of surroundings are key. Travel within the JHC geography may be required. This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship/assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle phone calls, faxes, and emails from external & internal customers on a timely basis.
  • Utilize core products and resources to provide solutions to customer needs, including generating quotes, specifying and applying products, and executing work internally.
  • Coordinate and lead internal resources and efforts on larger projects.
  • Understand and ensure sales efforts align with business unit goals and strategies.
  • Support JHC Sales personnel for corporate sales initiatives.
  • Uphold JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards.
  • Work closely with and support JHC product principals.
  • Actively attend required and preferred training.
  • Support JHC colleagues.
  • Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.
  • Build and cultivate solid relationships and promote a team atmosphere.
