About The Position

Vyron is looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Engineer who thrives in a relationship-driven, complex sales cycle. This talented person will receive training as they prepare for promotion to a fully commissioned Sales Engineer in our Madison office. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in meeting our company sales and growth goals.

Requirements

  • BS degree in technical area – Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Strong sales presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Willing to work on 100% commission pay
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work until the job is done
  • Self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Drive and promote the specification of Vyron’s product lines
  • Become the primary source for HVAC information to their customers
  • Help mechanical contractors lay out design build projects
  • Coordinate sales activities with Vyron’s Estimating Group and Inside Sales Group
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Create quotations and submittals for the customer
  • Create order status reports
  • Develop new customers and increase sales to existing customer base
  • Assist with training and developing the Inside Sales Group
  • Stay current on any training required by our suppliers
