About The Position

About Red Wagon Club We’re a membership community for retirees who want more out of this stage of life than rocking chairs and porch swings. Our members are people who worked hard, saved smart, and now want to stay active, connected, and educated. Role Summary You’re the heartbeat of the community. Your job is to grow it, nurture it, and keep our members so engaged that staying, renewing, and bringing their friends feels like a no-brainer. You’ll be a matchmaker, introducing members who should know each other. You’ll be a host, making sure every event feels welcoming. And you’ll be a builder, launching the sub-clubs, weekly games, and signature events members look forward to all week. One important note on style: we host the party, but we are not necessarily at the party. We’re friendly with our members, we like them, they like us, and our job is to make sure they have a great experience, so they stay, pay, renew, and grow the club.

Requirements

  • A track record of building a community OR selling through community — Chamber of Commerce roles, networking organizations, direct sales (Beachbody, Mary Kay, etc.), alumni networks, membership organizations, hospitality, or senior living sales
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups and representing the brand publicly
  • Genuinely warm with older adults, outgoing, patient, respectful, attentive
  • Organized enough to run multiple events and programs at once
  • Comfortable with modern web tools and social media (no CRM wizardry required)

  • Run “Bring a Friend” campaigns to grow membership through current Red Wagoneers

  • Coordinate monthly educational events with expert speakers (doctors, financial advisors, tax pros, attorneys, and more)
  • Launch and run sub-clubs such as bowling teams, craft nights, weekly card games, and walkathons for good causes
  • Help members get to know each other and form real friendships
  • Drive engagement with the cost-saving opportunities we offer our members
