About The Position

Chipr is looking to hire an Outside Sales Area Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone who’s highly motivated and can lead themselves and others to success. As an Area Manager, you'll lead a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts, reporting to your Regional Sales Director. Not only will you be expected to go door to door offering our products, but you will also be growing, leading, and developing your team to ensure the success of everyone you influence. This will require discipline in executing the company program and creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires. Requirements

  • High School education or higher.
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A Mobile phone
  • Previous door to door sales experience (at least 1 year).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of 8 to 12 Home Solutions Experts.
  • Ensures the team stays engaged and motivated
  • Attends regularly scheduled meetings with leadership.
  • Reports on team numbers to senior leadership.
  • Coordinates and leads weekly seller meetings.
  • Assigns and validates knocking territories using a strict loop and lap system for turf assignment and reassignment, tracked in Spotio, Sales Rabbit, or Smart Leads depending on carrier.
  • Builds team culture through regular team activities and events.
  • Trains and certifies new hires to Chipr's standards.
  • Leads from the front early on to build credibility and results, then shifts focus to coaching and performance management as the team scales.
  • Builds a winning sales culture through daily engagement with the team, on the ground and in team channels.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
