We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative with a passion for hunting, prospecting, and building their own book of business. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and closing new deals. The successful candidate will bring an existing portfolio as well as a positive track record for selling to both large corporations and small-medium sized fleets. Although his role provides a base salary, a successful candidate has high earning potential if they are able to close deals, and champion their own portfolio. Requirements

  • A proven record of success in vehicle sales (minimum 3 years), with the confidence and resilience to prospect and close new business independently.
  • A valid Vehicle Sales License and Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract aligned with our Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect easily with clients, understand their needs, and earn their trust.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in CRM entries, documentation, and follow-up, all while managing a dynamic pipeline.
  • A customer-first mindset, backed by initiative, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitor activity, identifying new growth opportunities that drive both customer and company success.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
