About The Position

The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking to hire and train new agents for its National Marketing Organization. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, and the company often prefers candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. This role involves meeting clients in person to help them understand product qualifications (life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities). It is not a remote position and requires a reliable vehicle.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
• Must be good with people
