About The Position

Euclid Fish Company, a fourth-generation seafood and specialty food distributor with over 80 years of experience, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Account Manager. This field-based role in Pittsburg, PA, involves expanding the customer base, strengthening existing partnerships, and selling premium seafood and specialty products to restaurants, retailers, and foodservice operators. The position offers independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships in a growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

Strong relationship-building and sales skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to occasionally lift 30–50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments when needed.

Nice To Haves

Outside sales or foodservice industry experience.
Background in hospitality, restaurant, or distribution sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field—or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage pipeline activity and customer interactions through CRM tools.
Develop weekly territory plans and sales strategies.
Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and team initiatives.
