The Outside Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in driving our business forward. You will be the face of our organization to clients, providing expert consultation, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in a technical sales environment will directly impact customer satisfaction, business growth, and your compensation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building systems, automation, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
  • Stay current on our offerings and industry trends to effectively position our value in the market.
