Requirements

  • 2+ years of Outside Sales experience.
  • Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate persuasively.

  • Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach.
  • A valid driver's license.

  • High School Diploma.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • General understanding of business principles and sales environment.
  • Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts and techniques.
  • Individual accountability.
  • Understanding of when to seek guidance.
  • Understanding of impact of your own decisions.
  • Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return.

  • College Degree preferred.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Analytics experience.
  • iHeart and/or audio advertising background.
  • Well-connected in the market.
  • Natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day depending on where the biggest priorities may be.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, and consistent cold-calling.
  • Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue.
  • Create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations.
  • Plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiate outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation efforts.
  • Manage assigned projects to completion.
  • Resolve problems using established guidelines and professional judgment.
  • Communicate information about iHeart products in a digestible manner.
  • Apply active listening skills to validate understanding of customer needs.
  • Understand the impact of your own decisions.
  • Focus and prioritize to achieve goals.
