About The Position

Townsquare Interactive is seeking experienced B2B sellers for a full-time, office-based Outside Sales Account Executive role. This position is ideal for strong closers who excel at building relationships, solving business challenges, and driving revenue growth. The role involves helping local small and medium-sized businesses succeed by offering digital marketing services such as website design, SEO, social media, and reputation management, as well as an all-in-one business management platform. Townsquare Interactive is part of Townsquare Media Group, a large media company with a significant local presence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Confidence in managing a local territory and closing in-person sales.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cold call to generate new B2B opportunities in the local territory.
  • Schedule and lead in-person consultations with business decision-makers.
  • Deliver customized marketing solutions that address client needs and drive results.
  • Partner with radio sellers to expand digital revenue within shared client accounts.
  • Coach and support Account Executives on digital strategy and co-selling best practices.
  • Set, track, and exceed individual and market sales goals alongside the Sales Director.
  • Bring Townsquare Interactive's suite of marketing solutions directly to small and mid-sized business owners as the local digital expert.
