About The Position

Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong customer service, communication, and sales skills to join our team as an Outside Rental Sales Representative. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956. The Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for rental sales, developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, and generating new rental business within their assigned territory.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years sales-related experience
Working knowledge of construction and industrial equipment, with prior experience in the construction or similar industry a huge plus
Excellent computer skills
College degree in business or sales field preferred (high school education required)
Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
Able to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Rent Industrial and Construction Equipment by making in-person sales calls with existing customers and identifying new prospects.
Develop, Maintain and Manage strong customer relationships, responding to customer inquiries regarding equipment, maintaining product knowledge, and researching equipment, parts or products to meet specialized customer requirements
Manage the Rental Order Process across multiple departments to provide ongoing support and project updates to customers and various internal teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion using excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset
