We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Rental Sales Representative to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales or territory sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work outdoors and visit customer job sites
- Self-driven, highly organized, and goal-oriented
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record

- College degree preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop new rental business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Sell light equipment and attachments within your assigned territory
- Utilize strong communication and listening skills to understand and meet customer needs
- Manage quotes, contracts, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate across departments to meet and exceed growth targets
