Velocity Vehicle Group (VVG) is seeking an Outside Parts Salesperson to join their team. This role is responsible for cultivating and expanding business within an assigned territory, spending more than 50% of time outside the office engaging in proactive sales efforts. The salesperson will develop and leverage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include possessing a comprehensive understanding of VVG products and pricing, actively pursuing leads, exceeding sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for seamless order processing, and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence. Regular collaboration with the sales supervisor and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders are crucial. The ideal candidate will uphold exceptional customer service standards, promptly addressing concerns or complaints to maintain VVG's reputation as an industry leader and continue to meet the company promise of providing value to customers with speed while maintaining trust.
