Increase Parts Sales with existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in assigned territory. Solicit new business and maintain accounts through face-to- face and phone contacts. Keeps abreast of new products, competition, and pricing trends. Coordinates relationships with New and Used Truck prospects and Service leadership. Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers. In conjunction with Credit Manager, establishes method of payment on wholesale parts and may obtain credit approvals. Follows up on and confirms customer requirements and orders to ensure satisfaction. Completes necessary paperwork for processing warranty claims. Reviews special orders and pricing with Parts Sales Manager for approvals. Deliver orders and pick-up returns from customers. Effectively and efficiently manages required reports and paperwork (budgets, travel, call reports, expense reports, etc.). Maintains customer records and logs.
