Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated professional and a willingness to learn the commercial truck industry.
  • Results-oriented individual that is motivated to achieve goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Effective time manager and one that knows how to effectively take initiative in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving records.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts or mechanical systems preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary representative within an assigned territory, conducting regular in-person visits to fleet operators, repair shops, and municipal clients to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Participate in company-provided training to develop a strong understanding of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck parts, enabling you to confidently recommend solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll become the "go-to" person for customers who need to keep their trucks on the road.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to foster long-term customer relationships and sustained revenue growth.
