As an Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to customers, helping them achieve their goals. This position is located in Miami Beach, FL.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience
• Maintaining a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and a safe driving record
• Ability to obtain food safety certification

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to customers.
• Pursue new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying prospective customers, developing sales strategies, and presenting them.
• Deepen and strengthen existing customer relationships by visiting customers regularly, conducting business reviews, providing ongoing training on product offerings, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Manage sales territory by balancing new customer acquisition with existing customer relationship management, coordinating visits, and communicating order status updates.
• Participate in various training offerings including e-learning, classroom sessions, video roleplays, job shadowing, and peer sales representative mentorship during the first 90 days.
