  • High school diploma required
  • While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.

  • Prior quota-carrying experience and ability to build a network
  • B2B field sales experience
  • Running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting potential clients, presenting/demoing products, and closing the deal

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales.
  • Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach, working with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers.
  • Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets.
  • Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.
