This integrator is seeking an Outside Business Development Representative to drive new business and build strategic relationships across the Fort Worth and surrounding DFW market. This person will focus on developing connections with builders, architects, interior designers, and homeowners in the high-end residential space. This is a business development-focused role with a clear growth path into a full outside sales position. Initially, the right candidate will concentrate on opening doors, creating opportunities, and generating qualified leads, while working closely with the owner to develop system recommendations and close projects. Over time, this person will have the opportunity to learn the company’s solutions, proposal process, and sales cycle, with the goal of taking on more ownership of the full sales process.
