Requirements

Ability to drive and operate a golf cart-type of motorized equipment (driver's license required).
Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly and 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to perform repetitive bending and perform duties below the knee.
Ability to see dirt and debris on the floor and associated surfaces.
Ability to stand and walk on cement 100% of the shift.
Ability to operate basic powered lawn equipment.
Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
Must be self-motivated.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, work orders and memos in English.
Ability to legibly write simple correspondence.
Ability to communicate with supervisors and managers and patrons in the English language (fluent).
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly over a radio.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, furnished in written and oral form.
Ability to perform hard work for a full 8-hour shift.
Lifting, bending, stretching, pulling and pushing are all required for this position.
Must be able to stand, walk and work on a cement floor for the full shift.
Valid Driver's License.
Able to perform repetitive bending to perform duties on the floor.
Able to see dirt/debris/dust on the floor and associated surfaces.
Able to be on feet and moving 100% of the time on a hard "concrete-type" surface.
Able to wear, operate, push, pull and lift a vacuum weighing up to 20 pounds.
Able to push, pull a trash cart on hard surface weighing up to 200 pounds.
Able to lift 20 pounds repeatedly and 50 pounds occasionally.
Able to lift a trash brute approximately 4 feet high to dump into a mobile dumpster.
Able to work in diverse weather conditions. (Outside in all seasons)
Able to work with basic cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the appearance of outdoor areas by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning hard surfaces.
Operating cleaning equipment to include but not limited to riding scrubbers, side by side floor machines, leaf blowers, etc.
Answering "quick calls" as required.
Driving and operating a golf cart-type of motorized equipment.
Performing repetitive bending and duties below the knee.
Standing and walking on cement 100% of the shift.
Operating basic powered lawn equipment.
Working in diverse weather conditions.
Wearing a company issued uniform in accordance with the guidelines of WBM Crown Center's dress code.
Performing all other cleaning duties that are assigned by WBM or Crown Center management.
