ROLE PURPOSE In this position, you will provide various support to clients within a community setting to meet their emotional, personal, and physical needs. This position is designed to foster learning and will provide hands-on learning opportunities. Our Outreach and Community Inclusion programs help individuals access services and build community connections, while supporting them to develop life skills. We work one-on-one with service users to encourage them to identify, work toward, and achieve their goals so they can build greater independence and more active community engagement. Community-based outreach supports may include employment, housing, building healthy relationships, and pursuing social/recreational opportunities. Our Community Service Office is a drop-in space that can be accessed by anyone in the community in need of assistance.
