About The Position

Create and maintain relationships with veteran programs in the designated catchment area. Provide information about the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program guidelines. Create and maintain relationships with programs and individuals serving veterans who need housing and supportive services. Coordinate with state and county agencies, community partners, veteran service agencies and other service providers to identify and support veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness for referral to the SSVF program or other veteran supportive services through outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of work or intern experience OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Valid Driver's License along with the required insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle during work hours ($300,000 combined or split coverages).
