About The Position

Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is hiring a part-time Outreach Specialist to represent Guardian Community at local golf courses and community events. The role supports the organization’s mission of preventing veteran suicide and providing veterans, first responders, and local communities with mentorship, fellowship, and practical support. Locations mentioned include Phoenix, Nashville, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Los Angeles. The Outreach Specialist sets up event materials, welcomes golfers and attendees, starts friendly conversations, shares the organization’s mission, answers questions, and builds connections with potential supporters. The role also helps facilitate outreach activities and keep events running smoothly from setup through breakdown. The position pays $20–$30 per hour plus bonuses. It offers a flexible schedule, with shifts primarily Thursday through Sunday during daytime business hours and occasional early-morning or evening events. The employee travels directly from home to assigned local event locations.
