Outreach Specialist
About The Position
Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is hiring a part-time Outreach Specialist to support veterans and first responders through community outreach at local golf courses and events. The role involves setting up materials, welcoming attendees, sharing the organization’s mission, answering questions, building connections with potential supporters, facilitating outreach activities, and helping events run smoothly from setup to breakdown. The position requires local travel directly from home to assigned event locations and includes standing, walking, and working outdoors. Shifts are flexible and primarily Thursday through Sunday during daytime business hours, with occasional early-morning or evening events. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour plus bonuses. The organization offers a bonus structure, flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a mentor/apprentice program. Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is a faith-centered Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on preventing veteran suicide through community outreach. It serves veterans, first responders, and local communities through mentorship, fellowship, and practical support. Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
- Professional, dependable, and engaging demeanor.
- Comfort using a smartphone for updates and reporting.
- Availability to work Thursday–Sunday shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors during events.

Responsibilities
