About The Position

This role involves coordinating patient/client appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies, and diagnostic tests. The position requires maintaining files and records, collecting and organizing data for statistical reports, and providing orientation to new individuals. Depending on the specific needs of the role, bilingual translation and guidance may be required. All listed responsibilities are considered essential functions of the job.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.
• Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.
• Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.
• Sets-up files and maintains records.
• Provides incoming and in-process orientation.
• Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.
• Performs related duties as required.
