About The Position

NoGigiddy is a digital platform for gig workers, side hustlers, and others earning outside the traditional 9-to-5. It connects its community with earning opportunities, including remote jobs, surveys, gig platforms, and financial tools. The Outreach & Referral Coordinator will manage and grow the referral program, build relationships with power users and micro-communities, and find ways to encourage organic sharing of NoGigiddy. No degree is required; the role calls for initiative, communication skills, and relationship-building ability. The position is fully remote and pays $16–$23 per hour. Requirements

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage a program with many moving parts.
Comfort with data, including tracking performance in spreadsheets or basic dashboards.
A self-starter approach and the ability to build relationships proactively.
Interest in growth, community, or word-of-mouth marketing.

Responsibilities

Manage the NoGigiddy referral program end to end, including tracking, payouts, and communication.
Identify and engage power users, community leaders, and micro-influencers who can amplify NoGigiddy.
Conduct outreach to potential referral partners, including bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group owners.
Monitor referral performance metrics and optimize program mechanics to increase participation.
Coordinate referral campaign pushes with the growth and marketing teams.
Handle referral-related user questions and disputes professionally.
Report monthly on referral traffic, signups, and program ROI.
