About The Position
The Outreach & Referral Coordinator manages and grows NoGigiddy's referral program to encourage organic sharing and support company growth. The role involves building relationships with power users and micro-communities, identifying referral partners, monitoring program performance, and working with growth and marketing teams. No degree is required; the position emphasizes initiative, communication, and relationship-building.
Requirements

- Organized, with the ability to manage a program with many moving parts.
- Comfortable with data and able to track performance in spreadsheets or basic dashboards.
- Self-starter who proactively builds relationships.
- Interest in growth, community, or word-of-mouth marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the referral program end to end, including tracking, payouts, and communication.
- Identify and engage power users, community leaders, and micro-influencers who can amplify NoGigiddy.
- Conduct outreach to potential referral partners, such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group owners.
- Monitor referral performance metrics and optimize program mechanics to increase participation.
- Coordinate referral campaign pushes with the growth and marketing teams.
- Handle referral-related user questions and disputes professionally.
- Report monthly on referral traffic, signups, and program return on investment.
