Your Role & Impact Under the direction of the Community Outreach Manager, the Outreach Program Supervisor is responsible for supervising, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Outreach programming staff and department operations. This includes providing direction, leadership, and accountability for meeting departmental goals, grant deliverables, and ensuring effective and quality service to all internal and external customers. Additionally, the Outreach Program Supervisor is responsible for data gathering and report generation to document outcomes of department and grant related activities. The Supervisor will plan and coordinate program-related outreach community activities, schedules, and staff productivity, and vet community opportunities for participation. Grant funded through June 2027 - County Vaccination Program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, health education, public health or other health related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of outreach work experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Knowledge of community programs and resources.
  • Computer literacy working with PC-based software applications and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
