Under the supervision of the Manager, Outreach Services, this role is responsible for covering various Outreach Patient Service Centers (PSCs), traveling to patients' homes, and Assisted and Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. The position involves day-to-day PSC and Home Draw operations, including customer service, training, patient registration, test ordering, venipunctures, specimen processing, specimen tracking, and supply management, all in accordance with established policies and procedures.
