About The Position

From Everett to South Seattle and beyond, our compassionate, skilled providers have the opportunity to provide care in their own community. Responsible for linking referral sources including physicians, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, hospitals, social service organizations, health plans and other referral sources together and with Evergreen Home Care Services (EHCS) services and management. In addition, keeping referral sources informed of the services we provide and promotion of EHCS services and assists with marketing strategies and program development.

Requirements

3 years of experience in a marketing, public relations, pharmaceutical or medical sales or other related health care field
Current Washington State Driver’s license and proof of insurability

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications or health care related discipline

Responsibilities

Initiates and maintains collaborative relationships and clear communication between the EHCS management and referral sources.
Knowledgeable of trends in EHCS programs and in issues important to EHCS management and clinical staff
Participates in customer service measurements and functions, collecting analyzing and sharing information with EHCS management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
