About The Position

Pathways to Life is seeking an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help grow our behavioral health services across North Carolina. This isn't a desk job—we're looking for someone who loves being out in the community, representing our mission, and building partnerships that change lives.

Requirements

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Outgoing personality with confidence speaking to individuals and groups.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creativity with marketing, branding, and social media.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable traveling throughout assigned service areas.
Proficient with Google and Canva (or similar design software).
Experience with social media management is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Two or more years of experience in marketing, outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, or community engagement.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
Represent Pathways to Life at community events, health fairs, networking events, and provider meetings.
Plan and execute outreach strategies that increase referrals and community awareness.
Create engaging social media content, newsletters, flyers, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate community presentations and educational events.
Track outreach activities, referral trends, and marketing metrics.
Work closely with program leadership to identify growth opportunities.
Serve as a positive ambassador for Pathways to Life and our mission.
