About The Position

This position's general purpose is to enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. This position also develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
