Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Represent the organization at networking events and community functions
• Identify opportunities to develop new referral partnerships
• Coordinate outreach initiatives and marketing activities
• Maintain regular communication with healthcare providers and referral sources
• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent client service
• Promote organizational services throughout the community
• Assist with planning educational and community events
• Support business development and growth initiatives
