About The Position

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, and clients to support the growth of Achieve Beyond's programs and services. This role develops and implements outreach strategies to increase community awareness, strengthen partnerships, and expand referral opportunities. The Outreach Coordinator represents the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities while monitoring outreach efforts and maintaining ongoing communication with referral sources and stakeholders.

Must be organized and able to multitask.
Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving personal vehicle.
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for outreaching and targeting assigned areas
Complete a minimum of 25 visits to community settings/referral sources per week.
Build relationships with referral sources local to our varying service locations.
Conducting phone calls and sending materials on a regular basis.
Plan and attend presentations, workshops, attending community meetings, and attending health fairs.
Monitoring the site visits and tracking referrals.
Use databases and applications to enter data and run reports.
Respond to inquiries for services through website submissions, phone calls/voicemails
Identify, organize and attend community events.
Meet the weekly goals of outreach calls to referral sources.
Explain programs that Achieve Beyond offers to families, community personnel, referral sources and etc.
