We are seeking a Outreach Coordinator to drive lead generation, strengthen community relationships, and enhance our digital and brand presence across multiple channels. This role blends community outreach, event coordination, and hands-on marketing execution, including social media strategy, content creation, customer engagement, and sales team support.
Requirements
- College degree in sales, marketing, or business preferred
- Experience in marketing, sales, or outreach (senior living a plus!)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with social media, content creation, and basic design (Canva or similar)
- Organized, self-motivated, and enjoys being out in the community
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with local businesses, referral sources, and community organizations
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and events
- Plan and support engaging on-site and off-site events
- Help develop marketing materials and maintain consistent branding
- Track outreach and marketing performance
