Northwest Human Services is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been a leader in providing advocacy, quality healthcare, and social services in Marion and Polk counties since 1970. We are a mission-focused organization providing compassionate and professional medical, dental, psychiatry, mental health, and wraparound services for those in our community who need it most - uninsured individuals, families, the homeless, and migrant workers. As an Outreach Community Health Worker, you'll be on the front lines of our Health Care for the Homeless Program, building meaningful relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness and other barriers to care. Every day, you'll help connect people to medical care, behavioral health, housing resources, recovery services, food assistance, and other life-changing support. If you're passionate about advocating for underserved communities, thrive in a team-centered environment, and want a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
